Braised Endive
What You'll Need
- ½ stick unsalted butter
- 3 large Belgian endives, halved lengthwise
- 1 cup Imagine® Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
- Coarse kosher salt and coarse black pepper to taste
How to Make
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over a medium high heat.
- Add the endives and brown well on both sides, about 7 minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth and cover with a lid.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season to taste and serve immediately.
