Hindustani Gazpacho
What You'll Need
- 6 large tomatoes
- 1 large red onion
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 2 bunches radishes, cubed
- 3 large carrots
- 3 large celery stalks
- 2 medium size cucumbers with skin on
- 2 fresh hot green chilis
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ cup tomato puree
- 5 ½ cups Imagine® Organic Vegetable Broth
- 1 ¾ cups dry red wine
- Salt to taste
How to Make
- Process all ingredients together in small batches in a food processor.
- Serve chilled.
